Responsibilities
- Oversee new customer implementations
- Provide trainings to customers via web meeting
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Assist with social media and communications
- Assist in content creation and customer materials
- Assist with trade shows and company events
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound/inbound phone calls
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to perform in an efficient and friendly manner in fast-paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
