We are looking for a hands-on foreman to be responsible for the installation of the company s waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Our foremen work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay and benefits. Some travel is required. Because our aim is to be the best in our industry and wow our customers, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent skills/ability (we will train on specifics) AND the ability/desire to provide excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Completes all assigned projects within or below budgeted man hours and provide material quantities estimate while holding to company safety and quality standards.
PLANNING:
Analyzes and follows specifications, drawings and materials pertaining to the project and organizes personnel, equipment and materials to handle projects.
SUPERVISION:
Trains, develops, and assists with performance reviews of personnel under his direct supervision.
REPORT AND RECORDS:
Completes in a timely manner all paperwork associated with the project and reports information to production manager.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
Builds strong customer relationships with customer and maintains excellent communications throughout the course of the project.
SAFETY AND OSHA REQUIREMENTS:
Ensures that all job specific safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
POLICY, PROCEDURES AND TEAMWORK:
Follows in both letter and spirit the company policies, procedures and processes.
SELF DEVELOPMENT:
Follows a program to increase personal effectiveness and level of contribution in the areas of leadership, supervision, and product installation.
Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of experience in general construction. Carpentry and concrete preferred.
Must have valid driver's license
Must possess high school diploma or GED.
Must be able travel occasionally.
Must be English speaking. Bi-lingual helpfulEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
