Are you looking for a productive and fun environment in which to grow? Ascent Construction, a top 10 Utah contractor based in Farmington, Utah is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities
This position is primarily marketing with a percentage of time assisting the company s president with administrative tasks. You should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work in groups as well as independently. You may already know or you have the ability to learn to coordinate the entire SOQ/technical proposal process, including marketing strategy, responses to RFPs/RFQs including attending pre-submittal meetings, submittal strategy/coordination, layout and design (using Adobe products), and final production (printing, binding, delivery, etc.). You will manage social media and the company s website. Industry and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A great attitude, ability to meet deadlines and excellent problem solving skills are required.
Administrative responsibilities of this position include management of company documents, event management, and supporting the president in administrative tasks.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
