Mall Service and Maintance Position, is mainly 80% outdoor, need to be able to work well under different weather changes.
Duties:
Cleaning bathrooms
Vacuuming, dusting
Sweeping, mopping
Taking out garbage
Cleaning outside areas
Minor Landscaping - Clean up leafs, pulling weeds
Must be able to use chemical or cleaning solution to perform duties
Must be able to lift 35-50lbs in weight
Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours per shift
Must be able to bend to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces as necessary to keep the floor area clean of debris
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses, gloves, and back-support as directed per OSHA/MSDS if needed
Must be able to work in the outside element
Flexible schedule - Able to work MONDAY - SUNDAY, MORNING OR AFTERNOON
Pay rate: $10.00
Qualification:
Great communication skills
Impeccable Background Check and Driving Record
Pass Drug Test
Able to be on your feet for 8 hrs
Able to go up and down stairs
Carry up to 30 pounds while vacuuming (Daily)
Excellent customer service experience
Great attention to detail
Previous janitorial experience preferred
Previous maintance experience preferred
Highly motivated
High School Diploma or GED
RBM Services participates in the E-Verify, National Background Checks and Drugs Tests.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
