A brief outline of the job duties:
Onboard and manage subcontractors paperwork and keep all documents organized and up to date Pay upcoming bills that have been approved by management Organize and receive all financial documents for Job Costing Manage and call subcontractors for lien releases and payments Send out general phase emails and project descriptions to each of the clients Office organization and cleanliness Filling in client information into contracts and sending them for signatures Adding bills, receipts and expenses into Quickbooks Setting up new projects across all software platforms Computer proficiency required Experience with Quickbooks required Experience with Google Suite, Box, Job Tread and Builder Trend a plus.
This role is performed in-person and is NOT a remote position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
