We are looking for someone who is willing to work with us on a long term basis.
Job duties:
Receiving patient phone calls, scheduling patients, texting patients, screening patients, and performing other administrative tasks.
Schedule:
Our ideal candidate would be available to answer calls Monday-Friday 2-6 PM.
We anticipate that the actual number of hours you work per week to range between 5-10.
This is a completely remote position with quarterly in person meetings at the clinic.
Pay:
Hourly pay will be distributed, per hour worked.
So if you covering the phone line for three hours on a Monday, but are only actively working (i.
e.
talking to patients, texting patients, or scheduling patients) for one of those three hours, we would pay you for one hour on that day.
Prior
Experience:
If you have a background as medical receptionist that would be a plus.
Honesty:
Given that we are paying per hour worked, we will need you to diligently track your time (we have a time tracking app) and honestly report that time to us.
